Creek Point Builders is an Eastern Shore based, Maryland firm that specializes in better end construction, from contemporary to traditional styles.

Our focus on growth is based on quality not quantity. We turn down any work that will not fit competently into our schedule. We pride ourselves in the trust and honesty that our customers past and present depend on.

Greg Parkerson, owner of Creek Point Builders is personally available from the first to last phone call regarding every project. Creek Point Builders was established in 1992.

Service before, during, and after is a continual priority for Greg and his team of professionals. From conception to completion, we will work towards making you feel that your home is the only one under construction.

The primary geographic area served is Queen Anne’s, Anne Arundel, Talbot, Kent, Caroline and Dorchester counties with other areas considered.

We price homes competitively, but never just to get the job. We use quality workmen whom we’ve come to trust and count on for a professional product and service.

We keep our customers involved throughout the building process. No significant phase goes forward without customer review, and complete satisfaction relayed to Greg.

Many of our customers live in different parts of the state and country and do not have easy access to the work site. Through telephone, email, fax, digital photography, and on site picture phones, we keep our customer informed and involved in the building of their home.
